In the last 20 years I have coached many and many people: from lazy to stressed ones, out of shape and overweight people, from celebrities to professional athletes. I have been involved with hundred of athletes (boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, tennis, golf, kayaking, motocross and supercross...). I have trained athletes in several countries: France, USA, Morroco, Japan; several ones have been World champions. Of course I'm still coaching athletes (mainly boxers).

You probably read on internet and magazines some stuff about the latest breakthrough in physical training: fat loss programs, core training, bodyweight training, interval training and more...the big thruth is there is nothing new about these claims and programs!
