Focused fitness for a better body (part 1)
You want to get a better body, a lean body ? But you are too busy!
Ok, time is always a key factor. Heavy business schedule turn the clock at jet speed!
But how worth a better body and health, a long term health?
Do you think time should be a problem?
Everything is a question of priority. Are your body and health a priority for you right now?
It should be!
I agree that going to the gym take time: travelling distance, traffic, workout, way back. It can take from 1h30 to 2h to get it done.
But is it necessary to go to the gym?
When you know some people there, they start to come to you for talking…There is nothing wrong with that, except you cannot afford to lose
time. Most people who train in a gym do not spend so much time for the workout:
In a 45mn session, most people train just a few minutes! Just a few minutes of real time of training! They are talking, look around, look for
a specific machine, wait for the machine… well, not very effective, you’ll agree.
So they do not get results and quit (except people coming for socializing).
Do you want to get results? If your goal is health with a better body, so you need to focus†on what you want.
Train at home! The main problem is people get bored because they don’t know what to do. You don’t need the last gadget of abdominal
equipment.
You have to educate yourself about the right stuff and set up a strong oriented mindset.
If you stay focused and motivated, there is no limit for a better body.
